As Senior Frontend Developer and Cloud & DevOps Engineer at ion2s, I combine deep frontend expertise with modern cloud infrastructure on AWS. I am responsible for complex web applications built with React and Remix as well as scalable AWS infrastructures using Terraform, Terragrunt and OpenTofu — automated via Kubernetes, ArgoCD and GitOps workflows. I ensure comprehensive observability of the entire system using OpenTelemetry.
Previously, I worked as a Software Developer at Weber Maschinenbau, where I developed HMI applications for cutting and packaging machines in the IoT and embedded space, including real-time dashboards displaying live machine data in production-critical environments.

Greenfield rebuild of a major internet service provider's web shop. Replaced the legacy CMS with Contentful (headless CMS) and introduced an improved checkout flow. Responsible for frontend architecture, cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, Terragrunt and OpenTofu, and GitOps automation via Kubernetes and ArgoCD.

Development of an embedded HMI web application for cutting and packaging machines in the food industry. Displays real-time machine data in dashboards and enables direct machine control via a React/Electron application.
